R.N. Care Manager

I have worked in Long-Term Care both as a CNA and as an R.N. I went to nursing  school while working as a CNA, and then after graduation became a Charge  Nurse. After that, before joining Baywood, I worked for three years in Home Health Care as a Nursing Supervisor, and gained a broad range of experience with Medicare and other home care clients. I am happily married to my husband, Andrew. We live in a southern Minnesota town with our three girls. We enjoy being outdoors, at the lake fishing or in our backyard for a bonfire. Many of our activities are together as a family. And of course having three girls with all of their activities always keeps us busy and on our toes. The best part of working at Baywood is being able to help families enable their loved ones to continue living in their homes at a time when they may need more care or assistance in daily living. The one-on-one time I get to spend with families assisting them with coordinating care, and helping them make decisions is priceless, especially when you see the happiness that they feel when they have made good decisions about care for the family members they love. Baywood is a team that prides itself on providing exceptional care and whose focus is on happy clients and happy families. Working at Baywood is an exceptional experience.
