Our Caregivers
Our caregivers all have nursing assistant or home health aide training, as well as prior nursing assistant or home health aide work experience. They all are experienced in providing a broad range of care, including medications administration, use of mechanical lifts, assistance with transfers, all personal care, tube feeding, etc.

Higher Standards
Baywood caregivers meet a higher standard than is typical in other organizations. High standards for skills and knowledge eliminate all but the best candidates. Baywood only hires caregivers who are currently or were previously licensed as nursing assistants or home health aides in Minnesota. Our caregivers must pass a skills test to demonstrate their knowledge prior to being hired.

Background Checks
Baywood Home Care conducts extensive checks of caregivers, including checks of previous employment references, driving records, professional licensing and both Minnesota and national misdemeanor and criminal records.

Level of Care
Caregivers provide the same types of care as are provided in assisted living facilities and nursing homes. They have the same training and capabilities as caregivers in assisted living and in nursing homes. Baywood provides personalized one-on-one care at home and in assisted living facilities and nursing homes.

Match with Client
Baywood goes to great lengths to match clients with compatible caregivers, with a consistent track record of success for our clients. If a client is unhappy with a caregiver, a change is always made.

Consistent Caregivers
Baywood provides superior consistency of caregivers for our clients. Baywood works hard to schedule the same caregivers with each client, so clients get to know their caregivers and see familiar faces they can trust. Guaranteed Staffing
Baywood has an extensive backup on-call system to ensure that clients always receive service, even if the regular caregiver is sick or for some reason cannot serve their client that day. Whether the client lives in the Minneapolis/St.Paul metro area, or in rural southern MN, the client will always receive service!
