What You’ll Do in This Role

As a Live-In CNA, you’ll live with the client during your shift and provide comprehensive support with daily activities. Your presence offers safety, structure, and companionship — all in a familiar and comfortable setting for the client.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care tasks like grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

  • Providing reminders for medications and daily routines

  • Ensuring a safe and tidy home environment

  • Supporting emotional well-being through companionship and consistent communication

  • Helping preserve the client’s independence and dignity through thoughtful, compassionate care

You won’t be rushed through tasks — instead, you’ll have the time and space to provide quality care that’s both meaningful and impactful.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking Certified Nursing Assistants who are professional, dependable, and truly passionate about caregiving. Ideal candidates will bring both strong clinical skills and a warm, compassionate approach to their work.

To qualify, you must have:

  • An active CNA certification or proof of training/competency

  • A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle

  • Prior live-in care experience (preferred but not required)

  • A dependable, flexible, and caring personality

  • A high school diploma or GED (preferred)
