Yes, by providing personalized care, enabling independence, and offering support for daily needs in the comfort of their home, Baywood can significantly enhance a patient’s quality of life.
Here at Baywood we provide 24-hour care, the way it should be done, with regular (usually two), Live-in caregivers, each of whom stays for several days at a time. Our caregivers alternate on a schedule, and sleep at the client’s home, and are there 24 hours a day every day.
People living at home can enjoy their pets, and even have help taking care of them.
Our caregivers are extensively screened, with a written test, driving record check, Minnesota background check, national background check of all places the person has lived, and reference checks.
All home care services agencies are not the same. Baywood is a Minnesota-based, local, woman-owned company, not a franchise or part of a larger regional or national care services organization. We provide services to clients in Minnesota and parts of neighboring Iowa and Wisconsin. We are 100% focused on home care and focus on client and family satisfaction.
Baywood’s care services are managed and overseen by our licensed nursing staff comprised on RN Case Managers and supported by our Compliance Manager who is a licensed LPN. Additionally, all nursing staff are required to maintain their annual training and licensing requirements and are encouraged to pursue additional training and licensing for related specialties.
All our caregivers have received training as nursing assistants or home health aides, and many maintain their licenses, unlike other homecare companies. They are required and paid to complete annual training and have opportunities to pursue additional training and licensing for related specialties.
In many cases, in-home care costs less than full-time care in an assisted living or nursing home.
Costs vary based on the type and frequency of care needed. We provide hourly and Live-in services which bill at hourly and daily rates depending on your needs. It’s important to inquire about specific pricing and any potential additional fees.
We can provide pricing information once we understand your specific needs and, in most cases, can begin services as soon as required.
