What Are You Expected To Do?
This role demands impeccable coordination skills, as it carries significant responsibility. You will make sure that our clients get the care they’ve signed up for. As a Lead Scheduler, you will oversee the scheduling team across all our offices—the Twin Cities and Southwest offices. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a key support resource for caregivers, clients, and administrators

  • Serving as a backup scheduler when needed

  • Managing and mentoring the scheduling team

  • Assisting with administrative functions, including managing accounts receivable

  • Coordinating between clients & caregivers to ensure quality service

  • Collaborating with other departments to drive operational efficiency and overall financial health

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an Associate’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field

  • A valid driver’s license (auto insurance is also required)
